Tim McLaughlin - President:  AgriMACS, Inc. 

Tim is one of the founders of AgriMACS, Inc. and its President.  He has proven himself to be a successful business operator with the growth of this company.  He is also the owner of The Lakeland Agency, Inc., a local real estate brokerage with over 25 years of experience buying and selling agricultural properties.

Education:

MBA Finance and Marketing, Washington State University, Pullman, WA
BA Asian Studies and Chinese, Brigham Young University, Provo, UT

Experience:

General Manager and Controller, Dole Northwest Orchard Management Group.  Responsible for general business and financial administration.  Twelve Years of financial planning and general business management in the retail and tree fruit industries.  Ten years with Dole Northwest.

Tom Gausman - Vice President:  AgriMACS, Inc.

Tom is one of the founders and the Vice President of AgriMACS, Inc.  He has been a leader and a mentor in the horticultural/viticultural field for more than 20 years.  He is highly respected in the agricultural community and has worked many years as a management consultant.

Education:

BS Horticulture, Washington State University, Pullman, WA

Experience:

Production Manager, Dole Northwest Orchard Management Group. Duties include horticultural direction, human resource management and regulatory compliance.  Twenty two years of horticultural experience in the tree fruit industry.  Nine years with Wells & Wade Fruit Company.
