Tim McLaughlin - President:  AgriMACS, Inc. 

Tim is one of the founders of AgriMACS, Inc. and its President.  He has proven himself to be a successful business operator with the growth of this company.  He is also the owner of The Lakeland Agency, Inc., a local real estate brokerage with over 25 years of experience buying and selling agricultural properties.

Experience:

General Manager and Controller, Dole Northwest Orchard Management Group.  Responsible for general business and financial administration.  Twelve Years of financial planning and general business management in the retail and tree fruit industries.  Ten years with Dole Northwest.

Mark Stennes - Vice President:  AgriMACS, Inc.

Mark has been with AgriMACS, Inc. since 2021 and brings a wealth of experience to the team as the new Vice President.  Formerly the CEO of Chelan Fruit Company, he is also still very active in his 4^th generation family tree fruit business, Stennes Orchards, Inc. As an active owner-operator of the family farm, he can bring to bear a plethora of knowledge in every aspect of your orchard investment, ranging from what to plant, how best to grow it, and how to maximize your return to the ground. Mark also generously volunteers his time to the industry, and we reap the benefits and his insights as well, serving in numerous capacities such as Treetop Board Member, US Apple Association Board Member, and Washington Apple Commission Commissioner.

Tom Gausman - Emeritus of Counsel:  AgriMACS, Inc.

Tom is one of the founders and the previous Vice President of AgriMACS, Inc.  He has been a leader and a mentor in the horticultural/viticultural field for more than 20 years.  He is highly respected in the agricultural community and has worked many years as a management consultant.

Education:

BS Horticulture, Washington State University, Pullman, WA

Experience:

Production Manager, Dole Northwest Orchard Management Group. Duties include horticultural direction, human resource management and regulatory compliance.  Twenty two years of horticultural experience in the tree fruit industry.  Nine years with Wells & Wade Fruit Company.
